(a) Chhattisgarh Disabled Persons / Chhattisgarh Ex-Servicemen category candidates should clearly mention the certificate number, date, issuer’s designation and other information by mentioning it clearly at appropriate places in the online application form.

(b) RPWD Act, 2016 and letter number F.No. of Government of India, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities. As per 29-6/2019-DD-III Dated 10/08/2022,

the candidate must have this certificate issued by the Chief Medical Officer/Civil Surgeon/Medical Superintendent of any government health care institution as per the form given on Form-1 and Form-2. On production of a certificate to the effect that the candidate concerned is physically incapable of writing and it is indispensable to take the services of a co-writer to write the examination on his behalf, the use of a co-writer will be allowed.

Candidates can themselves arrange for a co-author as per the rules or can request the district/division office to provide a co-author.

(iii) The qualification of the co-writer provided by oneself or by the district/division office should be less than the minimum qualification criteria prescribed for the examination, however, the qualification of the co-writer should always be matriculation or above.

It is the candidate’s discretion to bring his own co-author or request the same to the District/Division Office. Candidates who wish to avail the facility of co-writer in the examination,

who want to get a co-writer from the district/division office or want to bring a co-writer themselves, should submit the forms available as per Appendix 5, 6, 7 and 8 of the advertisement at the time of online application. After obtaining copies of Form-1, Form-2, Form-3 and Form-4, signature of the competent authority in Form-1, signature of the examinee in Form-2 and Form-3, signature of the co-author in Form 4, co-author from the district/division office. You will have to present it to the concerned district or divisional office to obtain it or take your co-author with you on the day of examination, otherwise the candidate will not be able to use the facility of co-author.

In both cases, you can arrange for a co-author yourself or get the facility of a co-author from the district/division office. In both cases, fill Form 01, 02, 03 and 04 completely and get it signed by the concerned and submit it to the concerned district/division office to obtain permission for co-authorship. It will be mandatory to do this otherwise candidates will not be able to use the facility of co-author on the day of examination
